Api to generate Video from set of images

I am searching for apis which could take input as set of images and then create video out of it. Moreover it will also work in case there APIs which can generate video using text

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You can use the 'multi' method of the Upload API to create a video from a set of images. You will need to tag each image that will be part of your video with a common tag.
