java.lang.RuntimeException: General Error -- getting this strange error while calling upload service

Hi Everyone,

Since last few days, we have been receiving this weird error while trying to upload the images to cloudinary.

java.lang.RuntimeException: General Error

Unfortunately, this doesnt say much.

All i do is, form a cloudinary url like this:

cloudinary://api_key:api_secret@cloud_name?upload_prefix=https://api-eu.cloudinary.com&cname=**

Then setup the resource_type to 'auto' and public_id and then calling the upload method like this:

cloudinary.uploader().upload(file, params)

This piece of code worked perfectly till 3 weeks back and there has been no changes to the code, but it started giving that error since.

Could you please help me fix this?

    sometimes i also get this error:

    java.lang.RuntimeException: Eval'd script ran for too long
