How do I find a list of all the tags I have created?

I'm trying to find where Cloudinary stores the list of tags I have created. I know how to make new ones, how to assign tags and how to remove them but I am trying to find where they are all 'kept' so I can either permanently delete them or amend them.

Is it also possible to bulk-create tags?

Hi,

You can use the admin API to get the list of tags that are being used.

Unfortunately wasn't helpful at all. I am not a coder so I have no idea how to use JSON, Ruby, Python etc. Is there any walk through the actual steps?
