Unable to create a cloudinary account. Get hit with a 404 when using github auth.

When I use Github to signup it redirects me to the aforementioned page. Cloudinary-sso does appear on my github "Authorized OAuth Apps".

If I try loggin in instead, I get an unknown server error

    Can you try signing up via https://cloudinary.com/users/login and let me know if you still get the same error?

    I can't see the email address you opened this forum post with in our system so it seems you haven't registered yet. Can you please open a new private request and include a screen recording of your actions? Also, please confirm the country you're signing up from, and if you have a GitHub account.

    That link you shared is for logging in not signing up so I ended up doing both.

    • when I login: "Unknown Error"
    • when I signup using github: Redirects me to "404 page not found"

    Basically everything is the same as what I described in my original post.

    Because I used github to signup not an email. I never wanted to signup to cloudinary using github but if I use the email that I used for this commuinty forums, to signup to cloudinary, I get "invalid signup with disposable email address". Which is very vexing because it means the email works on community.cloudinary.com but not on cloudinary.com

    I mentioned in my original post that I used github to sign up. yes I have github.
