The transformation url on which I am testing is -

and the image is -

I am trying to remove all the text from the image but the japanese text is not removed.

So per https://community.cloudinary.com/discussion/376/how-to-remove-text-from-image-below and notes in https://cloudinary.com/documentation/effects_and_artistic_enhancements#generative_remove, we do not recommend removing faces, hands or text or else they lead to results such as these.
