Add a user who has another account

I'm trying to add a first additional user to my Cloudinary account, but I'm getting an error: This email already exists

The user has his own account, but it's strange that would keep me from adding them to my account.

Suggestions?

    Hi Louis,

    A user email can only belong to a single account. If they want to keep the original account, they will need to use a different email for the invite to your account.

    If their email is like this first_last@gmail.com

    Some email providers support adding an alias like so, first_last+alias@gmail.com
