Code level transformations with Wordpress plugin

Hi there.

We are using the Wordpress plugin and I know there are various transformation setting options, but I would like to apply specific transformations at code-level. Featured images display with different crops in different views so I need a bit more granular control over them.

I have tried using the Cloudinary SDK (v2) directly but it seems to conflict with the plugin.

Any help would be appreciated.
