Images missing in cloudinary console

if i hit the image url of cloudinary from my web app its fetching the image but when i login into the console those images are missing

    Would you be able to provide us with some additional information so we can look into this further please? Namely:

    * A link to the section in your web-app (if it's public) where this image is displayed

    * The link to the image in your cloud

    * Your cloud name
