Conditional/workflow for metadata

Is it possible to create a workflow for metadata population?

For example, if we have a dropdown as the first metadata field that is "license", selecting CC0 pre-populates some specific metadata fields, and "CC BY" populates fields in a different way.

Is this possible with the Cloudinary web interface, or do we need to write a custom interface/widget to achieve this?
