Cannot view pdf URL even after tick the Allow delivery of PDF and ZIP files on security

so i am able to get the uploaded pdf url and at first i can't open the pdf. After doing some research, it is suggested to tick the Allow delivery of PDF and ZIP files on security. Then, as expected, it works. but after a while and i try to upload and view the pdf again, i again can't open the pdf. but then, i found trick that i retick again and yes it works again. Why can this happen because it is very disturbing and so inconsistent ? As for other type like image, it works just fine.

    Hello, Big Thanks for answering me. However, i have just retick again and it works until now. It has been working until now since i retick again a moment after i post this questions. Then, If later, i still encounter this issues, i will give you a touch. Thanks in advance.

    You shouldn't need to untick/retick the box, but it may have just been a local cache issue. If you do see this happen again, please let us know and we'll be happy to take a look at what might be going wrong.

    ah i see, thank you very much. Another one is maybe just my curiosity. So i have ever used cloudinary for my other project. At first in production, everything works well, I can upload image successfully but somehow after a few days, i noticed that the image is not uploaded successfully. Do you have idea what is going on ?

    Hi @Filbert

    Are we talking about an upload that takes several days to fail the upload process, or an upload that is available at the delivery URL initially, and then is no longer available after a few days?

    In either case, any sample URLs you can provide will be helpful.

    Now, the issues about can't open the pdf is occur again.

    Looking at our logs, I'm not seeing any failed requests for this asset, so it may be that something on your end is terminating the connection before the request gets made to us. This could be a browser extension, a proxy, or an overly aggressive firewall.

    I'm able to access the asset myself, so I don't believe there are any problems with delivery on our end.

    Would you be able to provide a HAR file for a failed request?

    wait, i just try to open a file and it works again ? I just confuse why sometimes it works, why sometimes it doesnt work.

    so actually it is not a failed request, it just when the link is come out, i can't open and view the pdf

    here is the har file but this is the successful one because even i open the link that i sent to you just now, i can view it again.

    Hi Filbert,

    Thanks for following up.

    In this case, it may have been that the error was cached locally by your browser cache which returned the error for a period of time even though the link should have been updated to be valid.

    If you see this behavior again, try a hard browser reload and it may help to clear the issue.
