I made Payment for my Cloudinary account on 19/8/24. and my payment is yet to be approved

I made payment for my cloudinary account yesterday and my account hasn't been approved.
i can't see my uploaded files and i can't upload a new file.

    Hey @Uchenna112.

    Given that this refers to billing information, I think the best thing to do is to raise a support ticket directly via https://support.cloudinary.com with your cloud name and payment date. We'll be able to track things down and find out what's going on.
