Error opening the pdf
Hey devs, I'm trying to build an application and I'm using cloudinary to upload the pdf file and generate a pdf link, however when i open the link, it says error: failed to open the pdf.
I searched online and found that it will work once you check the allow delivery of pdf and zip files and I did that and it worked. A few hours later, it threw the same error again. I was looking for answers and I tried opening the pdf in cloudinary cloud itself and it said,
{"error":{"message":"File format is not supported","code":"show_original_unsupported_file_format"}}
however if I download the same pdf, it was the pdf that i was expecting. I got a successful download. I dont understand what's wrong here. Can someone help? I've attached the cloudinary link and the downloaded pdf below

Hi @JaganndhKalla.
Thanks for getting in touch. This looks to be just your browser cache getting in the way here. I've accessing the link myself, I can successfully see your test invoice for grapes, so if you do a hard refresh of your cache, try incognito/private browsing, or use a different device, you should see the PDF.
Could you please give this a try and let us know how it goes?

Hi, @DannyFromCloudinary , thanks for your replyI tried what you asked me to do. Tried to open it in an incognito window and got the same Failed to open the pdf error, tried to open the link on a new device (my mobile) and got this as response. I dont understand why this is happening.

Your link "https://res.cloudinary.com/dkbr1gy80/raw/upload/v1727202155/INV025.pdf" works for me as well.
I cleared the cache for this asset. Please try to load it from your browser again and let us know if you still have any issues.0 -
Oh yes. It did work on my friend's laptop. But it still isn't working on mine even after hard resetting the cache. It's not working on my mobile asw. But it's probably something with my devices. Thanks a lot for your help :)
