Unable to upload file to cloudinary from my backend application

I am building a node.js application using Express in my window system and when I try to upload a file from my server to Cloudinary I get this error

Please help me to figure out this error…

    Can you please increase the upload timeout and see if that helps?

    Based on the logs, I do not see any error tied to your account. All the uploads are successful.

    Do you mind create a support ticket at : https://support.cloudinary.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with your cloud name ?
