How do I remove an image after our account has been closed and our media library is empty?

We have a user who is asking that we remove an image from our cloudinary instance, specifically:

https://daily-voice-res.cloudinary.com/image/upload/12-09-21_Skyler_Sutter_2_vyxknr.jpg

This image is still showing up and returning a 200 status code even though our account is closed. When I log in to the media library to remove it, we have no images in our media library and there's no ability to remove it. When I search for it, nothing comes up.

How can I get Cloudinary to serve a 404 for this image that seemingly no longer exists?

    Hi @wtravish.

Thanks for getting in touch about this. We have automated systems in place to take care of these kinds of things, and in this instance, the job hadn't run.

I've just run it manually and the URLs associated with that cloud are no longer delivering assets.

    Kind regards,
