PDF Accessing issue

After checking the option for access of pdf/zip, the ones which have been uploaded by me in Cloudinary are opening only for a short time. also, it's just opening in the same browser. I have tried in incognito and on other devices, and it throws an error.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. I answered your question in the ticket you opened through our support portal. But as a benefit to others who may encounter the same issue, I can share the information here as well. I checked the backend logs for your account and the GET requests are failing with a 499 error code. This is not an error coming from Cloudinary. Unfortunately, I cannot be of much help, as this is a client-side error.
