Hey, I am curious if I can watch Hotstar in UAE which is restricted to India with Cloudinary?

    Hi there.

    I'm afraid we're not a VPN service, so you would need to look into a different SaaS provider who may be able to help. Be sure to read the Terms of Service for Hotstar to make sure you're allowed to stream their content from another location :)
