Request timeout

hey i am getting a request timeout httpcode 499 error whil uploading a 789kb file help me

    I think the best thing to do here would be to raise a support ticket via https://support.cloudinary.com with some examples, as well as your cloud name so we can take a look at our logs and see what the issue may be. If you're timing out though, there's a good chance the issue is local, in which case, we wouldn't be able to see anything in our logs. You may want to check your VPN and/or firewall settings.

    Hey! I understand how frustrating that HTTP 499 error can be, especially with file uploads. This error usually means the client side closed the connection before the server could respond. It could be caused by network interruptions, server load, or a timeout setting that’s too low.

    To help resolve it, try increasing the timeout settings on your client or server if possible, or double-check your internet connection to make sure it’s stable. Even small interruptions can cause larger files to timeout. Let us know if this works or if there’s anything else we can troubleshoot together!

    Hi ravishjain

    I was also facing same problem , I just change my wifi address, It is working perfect 😀. Although previosly I was using wifi brodband , but it was giving time out error, I check it by change wify by my mobile, It is working fine
