Sudden spike in cloudinary impressions

I have developed an Ecommerce project for learning for which I am using cloudinary. From past few dats, I have been recieving mail that my usage is above the free plan. From last 15 days the impressions have gotten really high. I have made the project 1 year ago but why is there sudden spike in the impressions?

Due to all these, they are telling me to upgrade or they will delete my account. What can be done in this situation?
