2FA for Cloudinary Account

I used Cloudinary for a project a couple years back for an online course I was doing, and maybe they didn't have 2FA at the time? I logged into my account yesterday and was able to get in but wanted to secure it with 2FA, so started to do that, but the QR code just produces a url, not a typical OTP code, so I'm not sure how to proceed, and now when I go to log in, it just sends me directly to the 2FA signup page, it won't let me actually into my account even though I was able to get in yesterday? There doesn't seem to be any technical support contact that I can reach out to, so I guess this is my last hope that someone here has run into this and knows how I can resolve it. Thanks!

    Never mind, I was able to get in. However, I highly recommend that aside from the QR code, that the actual OTP code is revealed to users trying to set this up on a PC vs. a phone. Thanks!
