GIF media is rendering improperly when optimized

Does anyone know why this gif file is rendering weirdly when using the optimized link?

Thanks for reaching out.

I'm looking into your issue with the GIF looping and displaying white. It looks like it happens when there is resizing happening, I'm trying to understand why and will report back what I learn.

This might be a bug and I opened an internal ticket about it but the good news is that if you convert the GIF file to `webm` it works!
