Hello guys,

what is the best way (if possible with cloudinary) to share hundreds of assets to a public audience, where we can organize the assets in "folders".

If we use collection, than the collection is "flat" and we find no way to organize the assets.
Our sales team should be able, to find the right asset for the right usage.

e.g. We have a document which exists in two versions, one for target group A and one for target group B. How can our sales team find assets which are just related to target group B?

Cheers
Ramin

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

It sounds like a Media Portal might work for you. You can find the details of this feature here:
    https://cloudinary.com/blog/share_your_dam_assets
    https://cloudinary.com/documentation/dam_folders_collections_sharing#media_portals_beta

As far as having a document existing in 2 versions. You might be able to organize those with structured metadata:
    https://cloudinary.com/documentation/structured_metadata

I hope this helps. let me know what you think. And if you have any questions, just let us know.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Tia,

Media Portal is exactly what I was looking for, thanks! I'm wondering why it is not possible to filter within the media portal? Or do I miss something?

And what is the intention of the menu on the left? I see the different collections which are part of the media portal, but nothing happens, if I click on them.

    Best regards
